Brooklyn high-end wood and stone work company is looking for ¬¬ Junior Estimator/ office assistant;

Duty: According to customer or client's drawings to do Taking off the item's Quantity of square feet or liner feet, or counter quantities of items in the work scope and record on excel form, then according rates to calculate material, labor cost and do estimate the total cost of work cope for Project and write estimate summary and scope work detail form
Basic Skill request: office software especially word and excel; understand floor plan, Elevation plan and detail section; understand take off software , Quick books prefer
Education background: Accounting/ Mathematic/ Architecture /Engineer
Experience: 1-2 years or no experience, will train
compensation: depend on skill and experience, negotiable
Full-time job, not remotely
Chinese bilingual prefer
Must Live in Brooklyn
