Qualifications for the role:
1. required to have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
2. have exposure working in a law firm, managing a large case load, dealing with non-immigrant and immigrant cases is a plus
3. Knowing English and Chinese is a huge plus
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. good standing of the Bar and clean record with the judicial courts
