Flushing real estate development firm is hiring a full time accountant/cashier

• Performs accounts payable functions
• Responsible for the review
verification and processing of all subcontractors’ AIA bills and general condition related payments.
• Communicates with project team
vendors
subcontractors and external parties to manage job cost requests/requirements
• Assist in project close-out process (obtaining all financial and contractual waivers
warranties
etc.)
• Daily cash reconciliation
• Keep track of budget vs. actual spending
• Excellent Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office (Especially Microsoft Excel)
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Mandarin speaking is a plus
