Flushing Company Hiring purchasing Specialist
Researching and comparing alternative suppliers for the best deal.
• Performing follow-up and negotiation calls with our suppliers.
• Update logs and inventory records
and generate monthly ending inventory values.
• Able to reliably lift 30-50 pounds.
• Receive extrusions
hardware
glass
gaskets
accessories
and other supplies from vendors
UPS
Amazon
etc.
handle paperwork upon shipment receipt
and ensure accuracy of packing lists and purchase orders.
• Strong problem solver and researcher.
• A second language of Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
