Optometric office looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist and/or Technician to join our team.

Qualifications:

**Fluency in English and Mandarin Requied**
Excellent customer service skills
Quick learner
Proactive & reliable
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
People-oriented
Punctual
Experience preferred but will train the right candidate

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
Obtain insurance information from patients.
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
Schedule appointments for patients.
Provide general administrative support to staffs.
Perform pre-exam testings as needed.
