Tempco Glass Fabrication，LLC is an MBE-certified，family-owned glass fabricator located in Flushing，Queens. We specialize in cutting-edge glass fabrication while maintaining a customer-first approach and local charm. At Tempco, we partner with a diverse range of clients, including glaziers, manufacturers, developers, and architects, to bring their visions to life.
Currently, Tempco is seeking responsible and motivated Inside Sales Representatives. We will provide hands-on training and mentorship. Job Responsibilities:
Pick up incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.Handle email and walk-in customer inquiries.
Quote projects, and provide additional glass information where required.
Quote follow-up/negotiation to secure sales.
Remain up-to-date on developments in the company and the glass industry.
Prospecting, cultivating, and discovering new business opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
Prior experience in the manufacturing or glass industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese or Spanish is a plus.
Excellent in MS Office, Excel, and G-Suite, and willing to learn new software.
Outstanding verbal and writing skills.Good organizational and time management skills.
