Purchasing/Inventory Specialist
Primary Job Duties:
1)Ordering stock hardware
extrusions and all other materials as necessitated by the company.
2)Coordinating internal teams members and vendors on orders
3)Conduct periodic cycle counts for hardware
extrusions
and other supplies.
4)Update logs and inventory records
and generate monthly ending inventory values.
5)double check and confirm shipment orders
Requirements:
1) Experience in purchasing
inventory
or similar role
2)Able to reliably lift 30-50 pounds.
3)Skills in conducting tracking and data analysis.
4)Strong problem solver and researcher
5)Strong communicator and negotiator.
6)Experience with Inflow Inventory is a plus
but not required.
7) Bilingual preferred English/Chinese

Salary: $40K~$45K
