Full and Part Time positions available

* We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused P&C Personal Lines Client Relations Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with clients to provide support on personal home and auto insurance policies, addressing inquiries about coverage, billing, claims, and policy updates
* Assist in sales administration tasks, including processing new policies, renewals, and policy changes
* Deliver high-quality customer service, using your communication skills to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
* Contribute to the organization’s goal of providing exceptional service and customized P&C insurance solutions to a diverse clientele
* Support the team by maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely follow-ups
