EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN NEEDED
As we expand our operations
we are searching for a couple of talented HVAC technicians to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct installations
repairs
and maintenance of various HVAC systems
including heating
cooling
ventilation
and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning and efficiency of HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
including service reports and parts used.
- Collaborate with customers to explain the scope of work and address any questions or concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on HVAC projects.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies
techniques
and products.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians when required.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
components
and their operations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Valid New York driver39
s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
- NATE certification is a plus.
