Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Customs Clearance Supervisor to lead day-to-day U.S. import and export clearance operations. This role is responsible for workload coordination, quality control, and team support to ensure timely clearance and compliance with CBP and PGA requirements.
The ideal candidate has strong customs clearance experience, can handle high-volume shipments and customs exceptions, and is able to guide a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Supervise daily U.S. import/export customs clearance operations (Air & Ocean)
2.Ensure accurate and timely preparation/submission of customs documents (CI, PL, BL/AWB, ISF, AMS, Entry/Entry Summary)
3.Review filings for accuracy (classification, values, data quality) and escalate high-risk issues
4.Track shipments and resolve customs holds, exams, and delays proactively
5.Support post-entry corrections, document requests, and compliance recordkeeping
6.Assign tasks, manage priorities, and ensure SLA/turnaround targets are met
7.Train and coach team members on SOPs, compliance, and filing standards
8.Coordinate with operations, warehouse, trucking, finance (AR/AP), and customers
9.Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications
3－5+ years of U.S. customs clearance / customs brokerage experience
1+ year of lead/supervisor experience (or strong team guidance ability)
Strong knowledge of U.S. customs clearance procedures and compliance
Working knowledge of HTS classification
Experience with holds/exams, ISF, AMS, and time-sensitive shipments
Familiarity with ABI/ACE and logistics systems (CargoWise, Magaya, etc.) preferred
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Multilingual communication skills are a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,000 － $110,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
