Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field
· 0－2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or related work
· Basic understanding of individual and business tax returns is preferred
· Familiarity with Form 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, payroll tax, and sales tax filings is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial records, tax documents, and client data
· Experience with QuickBooks, tax software, or payroll software is preferred but not required
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines during tax season
· Ability to communicate professionally with clients and handle confidential information responsibly
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
· Fluent in Mandarin is required; professional English communication skills are preferred
