Job Title: Apparel Production Coordinator / Assistant (Bilingual in English & Chinese) 服装生产专员/助理（中英文双语）

Location: New Hyde Park, NY (25 minutes from Manhattan and 5 minutes walking distance to the train station)

About Us:
For Her NYC is a leading women's wear company dedicated to creating high-quality garments. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apparel Production Coordinator / Assistant to join our team immediately.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in apparel production or a related field
Bilingual (English)， proficiency in Chinese is a plus
Strong technical background in garment construction
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer savvy
Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
Must be able to work in our office Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the design and technical design teams
Communicate with overseas factories regarding pricing, minimum quantities, samples, sample ready dates, trims, fabric, and more
Track samples throughout the product development to production stages and provide updates to factories on pending samples
Regularly send swatches, fabric, and samples to vendors
Possess strong garment knowledge and be able to create tech packs as needed
