A Long Island-based glass fabrication company is looking for a project assistant. If you are an energetic。motivated self-starter and ready to expand your career in the glass and window industry, Please send us your resume or work experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00pm - 5:00pm.

Job duties will include:

Performing data entries of orders or quotes, checking materials availability, shipping, and coordinating until invoicing.
Manages the release of orders to the production to ensure on-time scheduled delivery.
Ensures accurate information between sales, production, and customers.
Maintains a frequent channel of communication with customers
On-time and ready to go at shift start
Starting pay is $3500
40 hours per week.
Willingness to grow with our new company.
Qualifications:

PC proficiency such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and especially Quickbook
Written, verbal, and listening skills. Clear, concise communication style in both English or (Chinese) Mandarin
