A Long Island-based glass fabrication company is looking for someone who is an energetic, motivated self-starter and ready to expand your career in the glass and window industry, send us your resume or work experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00pm - 5:00pm.

Job duties will include:

Performing data entries of orders or quotes, checking materials availability, shipping, and coordinating until invoicing.
Manages the release of orders to the production to ensure on-time scheduled delivery.
Ensures accurate information between sales, production, and customers.
Maintains a frequent channel of communication with customers
On-time and ready to go at shift start
Starting pay is $3500 per month
40 hours per week.
Willingness to grow with our new company.
Qualifications:

Familiarity with the glass fabrication order lifecycle is a Plus
PC proficiency such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Quickbook
Written, verbal, and listening skills. Clear, concise communication style in both English or (Chinese) Mandarin
Time management skills to prioritize workload and multiple deadlines
