Small law firm in Chinatown, Manhattan looks for an immigration attorney for long-term cooperation. Attorney must be familiar with immigration court procedure, including, but not limited to, asylum master hearing, individual hearing, Special Immigration Juvenile Status, motions, and mandamus.
Requirements:
--Must NY bar license. NJ license a Plus.
--Experience with Asylum, mandamus and SIJS.
--Experience with Asylum Individual Hearing.
-- Quick Response, quick solve problem, and quick finish tasks.
--Have excellent oral and written communication skill.
