具备预定网站使用经验，比如expedia.com

酒店提供培训

Requirements:

- Good oral and writing skills

- Fluent in English;Bilingual is a plus (Spanish;Mandarin;etc.)

- Knowledge of computer literate (Microsoft Office, PDF, etc.)

- Ability of answer phones and take messages

- Good Customer Services and communication skills

- Knowledge of hotel booking websites (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.)
