⏰ Schedule: Overnight/Early Morning Shift (e.g.;2 AM – 8 AM;flexible)

✔ Responsibilities:
Prepare high-volume sushi for wholesale/food markets (special rolls, regular rolls, sashimi).
Precise packing into containers (labeling, presentation, food safety compliance).
Ensure consistent quality, freshness, and efficiency for daily 8 AM delivery.
Assist with inventory, prep, and kitchen organization.
