【Job Summary︱岗位概述】
The Dropshipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dropshipping operations, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound processing, timely exception handling, and cross-department coordination. This role manages frontline associates, drives efficiency improvements, and ensures operational performance meets company standards. 一件代发主管负责监督日常一件代发操作，确保入库/出库准确、异常处理及时，以及跨部门协作顺畅。本岗位需带领团队成员提升效率，并确保运营表现符合集团标准。

【Key Responsibilities︱主要工作职责】
1. Daily Operations（日常操作管理）
Oversee inbound, outbound, returns, and order fulfillment accuracy.
Monitor SKU handling, pick/pack quality, and shipping timeliness.
Ensure departmental SOP compliance.
管理入库、出库、退件、以及订单履约准确性。
监控 SKU 处理、拣货/打包质量、发货时效。
确保团队严格遵守 SOP。

2. People Management（人才管理）
Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate dropshipping associates.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and track labor efficiency.
Coordinate shift deployment when necessary.
负责团队成员培训、排班、绩效考评。
每周跟进人效数据并做改善。
必要时协调人才调度

3. Exception & Issue Resolution（异常处理）
Review and respond to exceptions promptly.
Follow root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Ensure communication with customer service team is timely and accurate.
及时跟进异常工单处理
做好异常的溯源分析与改善措施落地
保持与国内客服团队的及时沟通。

4. Cross-Department & Vendor Coordination（跨部门 / 供应商协同）
Coordinate workload between droppshipping&transportation department
Work with carriers such as FedEx/UPS/Amazon for pickups and loading schedules.
一件代发部门&转运部门保持协同和互相支持
与 FedEx/UPS/Amazon 等承运商保持沟通安排提货/装车

5. Process Optimization（流程优化）
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvement projects.
Assist with WMS system updates and data accuracy improvements.
识别流程瓶颈并提出改进方案
协助 WMS 系统优化与数据准确性提升。

【Qualifications︱任职要求】
2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of dropshipping workflow.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong data and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual ability (English/Chinese/Spanish) is a plus.
