READY Warehousing & Logistics LLC is a trucking and logistics company based in Secaucus
NJ
specializing in NY/NJ port drayage
rail ramp drayage
warehousing
transloading
and refrigerated transportation.
We are currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Port Drayage Dispatcher to join our growing team. This position focuses on daily port container dispatch
driver communication
appointment coordination
and shipment status tracking.
Responsibilities / 岗位职责
Arrange daily container pickup and delivery schedules for NY/NJ ports and rail terminals.Communicate with drivers
customers
warehouses
and internal team members.Track container availability
appointments
LFD
holds
outgate/ingate status
and delivery updates.Coordinate terminal appointments and delivery appointments to ensure on-time service.Handle unexpected issues during transportation and communicate updates promptly.Update shipment status in the TMS system and maintain accurate records.Support dispatch team with daily operations and customer communication.
