Job description : Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities / Shift:

Current Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm
Shift Change approximate date June 1
Shipping, Monday 4am to 1pm, Tuesday to Friday 5am to 2pm , Saturday 5am to 9am 。
Receiving, Monday to Friday 2pm to 11pm, Sunday 7am to 11am
Subject matter expert in the area’s processes
Appropriately addresses human resources issues, such as attendance
Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped
Managing employees to ensure breaks and lunches are taken at the required time per state law
Work closely with team and agency workers, monitoring processes and meeting goals
Opening warehouse procedures
Training employees
Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion
Walmart orders
Ensure all document are passed on to Drivers
Monitor FedEx/UPS/International
Coordinate Loaders
Scan pallets
Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures
Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties and ensure they are performed daily
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Assist labelers as needed
Maintain compliance in all areas pertaining to Federal and State regulatory agencies
Ensure all warehouse tools and equipment are accounted for at end of shift
Willing to work overtime during busy season
Other duties as assigned by management
Mandarin speaking is preferred
