The Sales manager is responsible for building the company’s sales structure;developing sales strategy;analyzing industry data;expanding revenue, and building a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the heavy-duty truck parts or automotive aftermarket sector.
· Understand the international business of import and export procedures.
· Develop the overall sales strategy for the U.S. market.
· Build a scalable sales organization (inside sales, outside sales, B2B distributor accounts)
· Identify sales channels: distributors, fleets, e-commerce, national accounts.
