Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Eastvale
California
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for daily warehouse operations and personnel management
optimizing inventory layout and operational processes
Developing and implementing inventory safety and counting systems to ensure inventory accuracy
Monitoring key warehouse metrics (breakage rate
delivery timeliness
accuracy
etc.)
Coordinating with the domestic customer service team and the warehouse operations team to improve cross-departmental communication
Participating in warehouse upgrades and automation projects to promote process optimization
Job Requirements
Legal U.S. work permit
College degree (major in logistics
supply chain management preferred)
At least two years of warehousing or logistics management experience
with experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas warehousing preferred
Proficiency in Excel
WMS
and related systems
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: USD $5,000 - $7,500

主要工作职责
负责仓库日常运营与人员管理
优化库位布局与操作流程；
制定并执行库存安全与盘点制度
确保库存准确率；
监控仓储关键指标（破损率、发货时效、准确率等）；
协调国内客服团队与仓库操作团队
提升跨部门沟通效率；
参与仓储升级、自动化项目
推进流程优化；
任职要求
具备美国合法工作身份
大学学历（物流、供应链管理等专业优先）；
至少2年仓储或物流管理经验
有跨境电商或海外仓经验优先；
熟练使用Excel、WMS及相关系统；
中文和英文两种语言流利
报酬与福利
月薪：USD $5,000 － $7,500；
