Job description
NGY Group New Jersey Inc. is a leading cabinet wholesale company headquartered in California. NJ branch has major business in NJ;NY, PA, and some other areas. We carry more than 150 colors of nature & artificial stone prefabs and cabinets. With decades of experience in the stone & cabinet business, we have created strong relationships with our customers from all over the world. Our goal is to provide high-quality granite & cabinets merchandise.
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
Responsibilities
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting processAnswer telephone calls from clients and respond to inquiries or direct them to relevant staffPayroll and Cash management.Complete tax forms and prepare tax filing during tax seasonEnter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statementsProcess accounts receivable/payable and handles payroll in a timely mannerConduct other tasks related to general office functionsEntering financial transactions in databasesOrganizing financial report
Skills
Bookkeeping experienceTime management skillsThe ability to learn new bookkeeping softwareSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principlesA BS degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration is preferredData entry skillsHands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwareProficiency in English and in MS OfficeFluent Mandarin Chinese is required
work schedule:
M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM One hour lunch break
Compensation:
$18 - $25 per hour
1.5 times regular pay for working beyond weekly 40 hours
