Job Responsibilities
· Ordering & Purchasing
Manage procurement processes。ensuring timely and efficient ordering of supplies.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor vendor performance.
· Supply Chain Management
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process。including procurement。inventory, and distribution.
Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Optimize logistics and transportation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, operations, and marketing, to improve overall efficiency and franchisee support.
· POS Operation
Assist in maintaining and updating the POS system to ensure smooth functionality.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required).
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Details
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week, 2 days off).
Location: Queens / Long Island.
