XIA Development LLC is a rapidly growing family-owned construction company based out of Maspeth, NY with commercial projects all over the 5 boroughs. We are seeking one Full-time Assistant Project Manager to join our field team.

The Assistant PM's main job function is to assist the project manager with all aspects of the project. This will include review of shop drawings and submittals for conformance to contract documents, follow up with subcontractors, and assist with project coordination. The individual must be dedicated, detail oriented, responsible and have the ability to complete assigned tasks diligently and within the allotted time frame.

Additionally candidates must :
-Coordinate in a timely fashion & process approvals of shop drawings & submittals to and from architects/engineers & subcontractorsPrepare/process/follow through on RFI as outlined by PM
-Maintain required project logs ie: RFI Log /Submittal Log/ Change Order Log/Permit Logs
-Maintain & update inspection reports
-Be capable of reading and understanding plans
-Assist PM in creating bid leveling sheets

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year， negotiable based on experience
