Now Hiring: Daycare Teacher Assistant (TA) 贝赛幼儿园诚征助教老师

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher degree
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- 会说中文者尤佳

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging classroom activities
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support daily routines such as snack time, nap time, playtime, and transitions
- Supervise children during classroom activities, indoor play, and outdoor play
- Observe children's behavior and development; report important updates to the Lead Teacher
- Assist with classroom setup, material organization, and cleanup
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
- Maintain accurate attendance and classroom records
- Follow DOHMH health, safety, and licensing standards, including maintaining a clean classroom
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
