Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher degree
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- 会说中文者尤佳

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging classroom activities
- Help maintain a safe
welcoming
and inclusive classroom environment
- Support daily routines such as snack time
nap time
playtime
and transitions
- Supervise children during classroom activities
indoor play
and outdoor play
- Observe children's behavior and development
report important updates to the Lead Teacher
- Assist with classroom setup
material organization
and cleanup
- Support children's social
emotional
and developmental needs
- Maintain accurate attendance and classroom records
- Follow DOHMH health
safety
and licensing standards
including maintaining a clean classroom
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings
training sessions
and professional development opportunities
