**About Us:** Happy Maryann is a nurturing and innovative early childhood education center committed to providing the highest quality care and education for children 2- 5 years old. We are seeking a dedicated and certified Birth to Grade 2 teacher to join our passionate team.

**Job Description:**

**Position Overview:**
As a Certified Birth to Grade 2 teacher at Happy Maryann, you will play a vital role in shaping the early development and education of our youngest learners. You will create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment in which children can grow and thrive, while fostering their cognitive, emotional, and social development.

**Responsibilities:** - Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans for toddlers (2-5 years of age). - Provide individualized care and attention according to each child39, s needs.
- Create a secure and supportive environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and alignment between home and school.
- Observe and document children39, s progress and developmental milestones. - Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.

**Qualifications:**
- Must hold a valid Birth to Grade 2 teacher certification.
- Associate39, s or Bachelor39;s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of child development, child psychology, and age-appropriate teaching methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with toddlers (2-5 years of age)
