Job Descriptions 职位描述
- Out on the field works 外勤工作
Franchise Stores Quality inspections on- Perform Quality
check on Franchise Stores to maintain corporate standards, including food qualities, sanitation, customer service, supplies usage; Store Opening, attend and Help out Franchise store grand openings. 对加盟店进行质量检查，以确保符合集团标准，包括：食品质量，卫生状况，客户服务，物资使用情况；门店开业，参加并协助加盟店的开业活动。
- Office work 办公室工作
Consulting-Answering Franchisee Questions regarding customer services, technical supports on food making, monthly phone calls with franchisee, customer service guild line. 咨询服务，回答加盟商有关以下方面的问题：客户服务，食品制作的技术支持，每月与加盟商的电话沟通，客户服务指南。

Job requirement 职位要求
-Full Time 全职
-Minimum 2-3 years in restaurant food industry/Customer Service field 至少2-3年餐饮行业或客户服务领域经验
-Driver license is required with minimum 2 years driving experiences 需要驾驶执照，至少2年驾驶经验
-NYC Food Service handling License a plus/Obtain during Training Period 有纽约市食品服务处理执照优先/或可在培训期间考取即可
-Able to work Flexible hours (Weekend when needed) 灵活的工作时间（需要时包括周末）
-Out of Field work and office work 包括外勤和办公室工作
-Organized, self-discipline 组织能力强，自律
