Job Summary
We are seeking one dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant and one Dental Receptionist to join our new Startup Dental Clinic. Candidates must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Experience is preferred
however willing to provide training throughout the process.

Hours:
Tues: 9AM - 7PM
Weds - Fri: 9AM - 5PM
Sat: 10AM- 4PM
45 minute Lunch from 1:00PM - 1:45PM
Pay:
$20-$27 depending on experience

DENTAL ASSISTANT:
Assist Dr. Yu during examinations and procedures via translation to patients and four-handed dentistry.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment.
Take digital X-rays (including FMX
Pano).
Maintain accurate patient records using Oryx software and ensure all dental terminology is correctly documented
training will be provided for Oryx software.
Maintain inventory by ordering supplies and keeping all rooms stocked.
Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed
including answering phones and greeting patients.
Keep the clinic clean with end of day cleaning tasks.

DENTAL RECEPTIONIST:
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental clinic’s calendar efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records
including care plans and treatment histories.
Handle phone calls
emails
and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Process patient information using dental software systems such as Oryx
Must be very organized and follow systems in place for efficiency and accuracy in records.
Assist with billing/insurance inquiries and insurance verification. Send out pre-authorization and claims. Follow up with them in a timely manner. Training will be provided for learning dental billing.
