Full job description

Blossom is a leading luxury in bath wholesaler located in Queens;New York.

We are looking for an Accountant or an E.A. to join our Bookkeeping Division. Your Responsibilities will include:

Reconciliation of monthly bank and credit card statements as the case might require.
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data;assisting in the billing;collections, tracking receivables (aging and uncollectable) and participating in the monthly close.
Assist in Annual audits and performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Qualities and Attributes that you must possess: Must be an Accountant or EA.

Having a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, is a Plus
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be familiar with QuickBooks, both desktop and online versions.
Must be able to communicate clearly with clients regarding uncategorized expenses.
Perform other duties as necessary
Should have 2 – 4 years of experience working
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
