US Glass Depot LLC is looking for a full-time Quotation Helper to join our growing team.

Position: Quotation Helper

Location: Choice of Plainview
NY or Maspeth
NY

Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and pricing sheets

• Answer phone calls and assist customers politely and professionally

• Enter and organize data quickly and accurately

• Maintain and update records in Excel

• Support the sales and office team as needed

Requirements:

• Fast and accurate computer typing skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas
formatting
data entry)

• Good patience and communication skills with customers

• Detail-oriented
organized
and reliable

• Previous office or quotation experience a plus
