要求/Requirements:
会讲流利普通话和英语，具备优秀的中英文书面沟通能力 / Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written communication skills in both languages
具备2年以上电玩城、娱乐场所或零售服务业管理经验 / 2+ years of management experience in arcade, entertainment, or retail service industry
熟悉门店运营管理、职员排班、库存管理和基础财务对账 / Familiar with store operations, staff scheduling, inventory management, and basic financial reconciliation
具备良好的领导力、沟通能力和问题解决能力 / Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
能接受晚班、周末及节假日排班 / Available to work nights, weekends & holidays
合法工作身份 / Valid work authorization

工作职责/Responsibilities:
负责门店日常运营管理，确保服务质量与顾客满意度 / Oversee daily store operations and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
招工、培训、排班及管理服务员团队 / Recruit, train, schedule, and manage attendant team
监督设备维护与故障报修，确保机器正常运行 / Supervise machine maintenance and repairs to ensure all equipment runs properly
管理礼品库存、兑换物资及日常消耗品 / Manage prize inventory, redemption supplies, and daily consumables
处理顾客投诉与突发事件 / Handle customer complaints and emergency situations
完成每日/每周营业报表及财务对账 / Complete daily/weekly sales reports and financial reconciliation

待遇/Compensation
月薪$4500-$6000（视工作经验而定）/ $4500－$6000 monthly (based on experience)
